·         1^e run conditions: track, roads, number of laps:  Paved Road out and back ½ mile on dirt road; 7.5k

·         Cycle course - hills, corners, technical aspects, number of laps:  One 50k lap, some downhill technical, generally hilly, but no major climbs, lots of nice fast/flat rural, nice surfaced roads

·         2^e Run - hills, surface (trail, paved), number of laps:  Paved Road out and back ½ mile on dirt road; 7.5k
