Glenn began to race the Powerman series in May 2000 when he competed in PowermanVenray, Holland.

He competes in about 5 Powerman races each year.

Best results in Powerman are:

4^th in Powerman Japan, 2001

5^th in Powerman Malaysia,2002

8^th, in Powerman South Africa,2001

12^th in Powerman Tennessee,2001 

At the beginning of 2002, Glenn was ranked joint 13^th on the Powerman world rankings.  

Glenn also works as a freelance sports journalist. He is the online triathlon/duathlon editor for www.worldofendurance.com website in South Africa. He writes for 2 running publications as well namely Runners World and Suparunner where he provides training insights into duathlon.

He runs development clinics for children in South Africa.

He is a member of the  Powerman Duathletes Committee as well as the athletes representative for Duathlon in South Africa.
