History                                              My success in triathlon / duathlon has developed off a strong running base, having participated in competitive road races all over the country since 1990.  In 2002, after enduring a long layoff as a result of a knee injury, I decided to change my focus off running and onto a multi-disciplinary activity such as triathlon / duathlon. I have been competing in local triathlon and duathlon races since June 2002. My achievements, highlighted below, has been attributed to my strong running background and the ability to train and race with a cycling team.
